Let Adventures By C.J. help you plan the perfect vacation. Our appointment-based travel planning service caters to individuals and groups looking for luxury and high-end experiences. We take the time to get to know your needs, wants, and curate the perfect itinerary for your trip. Whether you are traveling alone or with a group, we will make your planning process memorable and stress-free. Each planning session is for immediate family*, and a planning session is required for everyone attending in your group. Effective Date: 08/09/23 Thank you for choosing Adventures By C.J. for your travel planning needs. We are committed to providing you with exceptional service and personalized assistance to create unforgettable travel experiences. To ensure the quality of our services and to accommodate the time and effort invested in our travel planning sessions, we have implemented a nonrefundable policy for our paid travel planning sessions. Please review the following policy details: 1. Payment Policy: A nonrefundable $500.00 USD fee is required to secure your travel planning session appointment. The payment is due at the time of booking the appointment. Your appointment will not be confirmed until payment is received. 2. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your travel planning session, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment by contacting courtnie@aventuresbycj.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request and reschedule your session to a mutually agreeable date and time. Failure to provide the required notice for rescheduling may result in the forfeiture of your session fee. 3. No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend the scheduled travel planning session without prior notice, your session fee will be forfeited. In the case of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, please get in touch with us as soon as possible to discuss your situation at courtnie@adventuresbycj.com. 4. Refund Policy: The travel planning session fee is nonrefundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to a change of heart, personal reasons, or dissatisfaction with the session. By booking a travel planning session with Adventures By C.J., you acknowledge and agree to our nonrefundable policy as outlined above. We appreciate your understanding of the time and effort invested in preparing personalized travel recommendations for you.
